Space to hear yourself think again.
One-on-one therapy for adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, identity shifts, and the quiet exhaustion of holding it all together. I also work with current and former athletes, and anyone who wants to bring more body movement into their healing.
You don't need to be in crisis to be in therapy. Most of the people I work with are 'functioning' by every visible measure — and know that something under the surface needs attention.
Maybe you're the one everyone leans on. Maybe you've hit a season where the old coping strategies aren't working anymore. Maybe you can't quite name what's wrong, only that you're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix.
In our sessions, we slow down enough to actually look at what's happening — in your thoughts, your body, your relationships, your patterns. Then we build tools you can use in the actual moments of your actual life. For athletes and movement-curious clients, that often includes reconnecting with your body in ways that feel safe, grounded, and useful.

What this might feel like
- You're doing everything 'right' and still feel disconnected
- Anxiety, overthinking, or restlessness that won't settle
- Burnout from work, caregiving, or high-performance identities
- You're navigating a transition — career, identity, loss, big life shift
- You want to understand yourself instead of just managing symptoms
- You're a current or former athlete adjusting to identity, injury, or performance pressure
- You want to use movement, breath, or body awareness as part of therapy
How we'll work together
- A first session focused on getting to know you, not filling out forms
- Practical, evidence-based tools you can use between sessions
- Honest feedback — I'll ask the questions no one else is asking
- Room for humor, silence, tears, and everything in between
- Optional body-based and movement-aware tools when they fit you
- Secure video sessions from anywhere in Colorado
Let's see if we're a fit.
The first step is a free 15-minute call. No pressure, no clinical intake — just a conversation to see what you're working through and whether I'm the right person to walk with you.
