Couples therapy

Learning each other, all over again.

Couples counseling for partners who love each other and still can't seem to stop the same fight — or who want to build something stronger before it breaks.

The couples I work with aren't broken. They're two people who got busy, tired, or hurt, and forgot how to be curious about each other.

Whether you're navigating a specific rupture — an affair, a loss, a hard year — or just trying to feel like teammates again, therapy can help you move from reacting to each other to actually understanding each other.

We'll work on how you communicate, how you repair, how you show up during hard moments, and how you protect the parts of your relationship that are already good.

What this might feel like

  • The same argument keeps replaying with different words
  • You feel more like roommates or co-parents than partners
  • One of you shuts down, the other pushes harder
  • Trust has been shaken and you're trying to figure out what's next
  • You want tools to grow together before something breaks

How we'll work together

  • A first session with both of you to hear the whole picture
  • Clear structure so no one gets talked over or lost in the room
  • Practical communication and repair skills you use between sessions
  • Space for the harder conversations — held with warmth and honesty
  • Secure video sessions from wherever you're both most comfortable in Colorado

Ready when you are

Let's see if we're a fit.

The first step is a free 15-minute call. No pressure, no clinical intake — just a conversation to see what you're working through and whether I'm the right person to walk with you.
